Ａ　Please be careful not to be late as we cannot extend the time.

Ａ　Please note that the end time will not change even if you are late.

Ｑ　Can I upload photos with maiko or geiko to social media?

Ａ　It is possible to use it for personal enjoyment. However, please refrain from using it for commercial purposes.

Ｑ　How can I make a reservation?

Ａ　Please make a reservation using the reservation form.

Ｑ　When do cancellation fees start to apply?

Ａ　Cancellations up to 10 days in advance are free of charge. Cancellations from 9 days in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations from 5 days in advance will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Ｑ　Do you provide support in foreign languages?

Ａ　You can request an English-speaking geisha or maiko, so please let us know if you would like one when making your reservation. However, please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request on certain days. For languages other than English, we only use a translation machine. Please let us know if you would like one when making your reservation.

Ｑ　Can I have a guide accompany me?

Ａ　Of course, you can join us. If you are having tea or a meal, please count us as a participant. If you are not having a meal, there is no charge, so please let us know in advance when making your reservation.

Ｑ　This is my first time, can I participate in the ozashiki games?

Ａ　Of course you can participate. We will give you a lesson on how to play beforehand, so anyone can enjoy it. However, you must invite at least two geisha or maiko.

Ｑ　Is there an age limit?

Ａ　Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. There is no charge for infants (under 1 year old). Anyone aged 1 year or older must be counted in the number of people in your reservation.

Ｑ　Is it okay for only women to come?

Ａ　Women only are welcome to join us.
